About us...
Irish Valuations is Dublin’s only full time dedicated jewellery valuation service. We value jewellery and watches for insurance, probate or divorce settlement. We can also provide post loss valuations to assist with insurance claims. We do not buy, sell or broker jewellery, we just value it.
David Dupuy is our JVA Registered Valuer®. He is a Fellow of the Jewellery Valuer’s Association and Fellow of the Gemmological Association, with over 30 years experience working exclusively with fine jewellery in Dublin and London.
You can have your jewellery valued while you wait. Appointments are available on Monday to Friday each week. Use the booking app below to make an appointment.

Updates of existing valuations (carried out by us) are available at a reduced rate of €40.

Just fill out the form and we will do the rest.
Your valuation update will be ready to collect at our office within five working days. Items in the valuation will need to be checked but this can be done when you come to collect your valuation.

Selling Jewellery
As we don’t buy or sell jewellery we don’t value items for the purpose of sale. We only value for Insurance, Probate or Divorce Settlement.
If you are loooking to sell jewellery please don’t book one of these services. It will not be of any help or give you any indication of what you might receive from its sale.
If you want to sell jewellery its best to speak to an auctioneer. We are happy to advise with regards to what options are available out there so feel free to contact us.
